I am having a lot of trouble creating more than one question for my survey. I also don't understand the relationship between a "field" and a "question." This is not explained in these pages. I tried to create more questions by entering a different field name and adding different text to the text body but I still ended up with only one question. I am using version 1.8. think the problem is that I have no "New Question" button, which is referred to when I click on the help page for "Editing a Questionnaire." I thought maybe I didn't see that button because I was creating the survey as the admin user, but then assigned a teacher to the course and logged in as that teacher and I still don't have that button.
