Here is our mission at the PALCS Leadership Center in a nutshell.

Welcome to The Leadership Center

What is in our name? Leadership! The Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School’s Leadership Center is committed to developing young leaders by offering innovative, educational courses for our students. Our goal is to foster exploration, self-knowledge, interpersonal skills, and a delight in learning about our world. We encourage our students to grow into their rightful roles in a society with Leadership Development courses. PALCS Leadership Center is committed to academic rigor, relevant instruction and healthy relationships in Pennsylvania and all over the world. Our Global Citizens Programs are extended field trips, where language immersion and cross-cultural learning, happen in China, Panama and Quebec, while students still do "cyber courses".

The Leadership Center is currently offering 5 areas of experiential leadership. 1. Young leaders Program -Teaching personal disciplines from the inside out. 2. Leader in Action - Teaching service learning by imitating Pennsylvania heroes. 3. Career Awareness and The Home Based Business Senior Seminar - Teaching career awareness, retention and entrepreneurship. 4. Student Government and Team Building Days - Open to the entire school. Giving our future leaders practical opportunities to initiate leadership. 5. Global Citizens - Giving students the opportunity to travel abroad and change the world as student leaders. The leadership team is especially thankful for the the teachers and staff who have assisted us in building this program. ( Sorry the spelling is from my memory and since this is going to disappear anyway.....)
