This section says that Moodle 2.0 supports running the upgrade from the command line. Is this command line upgrade only supported on Unix servers running Apache or can command line upgrades also be done on Windows machines running IIS? Some more details about this should be added to this page.

If has nothing to do with Apache, your OS just needs to support the PHP CLI. It would appear from the PHP docs that Windows does [1] --Howard Miller 19:49, 28 May 2011 (WST)
