Just wanted to say how good this looks - well done to the designers.
One thing which is different from how I'd envisaged it is the absence of a 'Rubric Manager' screen where grading forms could be uploaded first, then use later. After a bit of thought it does make sense in terms of consistency with the Moodle 2.x file management paradigm to only have rubrics created within the respective assignment.
Now the big question: is this still on track for 2.2?
