The self completion block onwards provides a link for students to indicate when they have completed the course.
It requires manual self completion to be enabled in the course completion settings. When a student believes they have completed the course, they click on the link "Complete course" in this block.
The course completion status block will initially say completion is "in progress". After the next cron job this will change to "complete"
