Capabilities/report/myfeedback:progadmin

To enable Departmental Admin access to the MyFeedback report Moodle site administrators will need to add a role 'My feedback Departmental Admin':

1. Go to: Site admin >> Users >> Permissions >> Define roles >> Add a new role.

- Short name: progadmin
- Custom full name: My feedback Departmental Administrator

2. Set the Role archetype to the following contexts:

- Category 
- Course 

3. Ensure that the 'progadmin' role only allows the following capabilities:

- report/myfeedback:progadmin 
- enrol/category:synchronised
