This module was not created the way I expected it would. You should have just added true anonymity to the Questionaire module instead of this less functional one. At the very least the Rate (scale 0..5) question type should have been duplicated exactly how it is in the Questionaire module. In the feedback module you know have to manually type 0, 1, 2,...5 on separate lines to get the same effect. Thanks for you work for at least attempting to help us out.

Guide the user through the first step of creation and equivalent of clicking 'edit settings'(include permissions). 
Everything BEFORE the creator clicks 'Save and display' and starts building (stage 2). 
Use headings, annotated screenshots welcome!
