Coursetracking reports: Individual access map

Individual access Map is a quite intrusive report the tells precisely the access status of each student on each marking point. Therefor it is submitted to a special capability, not to allow everyone to have access to such a report.
Each student has its own track (in vertical) in which each impact will be represented by a colored dot.
- dard red for VENI impact
- yellow for VIDI impact
- green for VICI impact
As the report is drawn by GD, it may be a bit long to generate if many users are in the course (and many markers have been set). Anyway, we tried successfully with a 35 * 400 markers grid.
