Hi Gary, please use a Using Moodle forum for posting your question. --Helen Foster 15:07, 20 March 2007 (CDT)
Background:
Production server OS ==> Solaris 9 PHP version 4.3.11 Apache/2.0.47 MySQL 4.1.11
Development server OS ==> Solaris 10 PHP version 4.4.4 Mysql 5.0.27 Successfully upgraded to 1.7.1
New server OS ==> Solaris 10 PHP 5.2.1 Mysql 5.0.27 Apache 2.2.4
During the upgrade, after what I believe to be all of the mysql updates, any time I enter the URL for http://moodle5.wittenberg.edu/admin/ I get this error: "Sorry, but you do not currently have permissions to do that (Change site configuration)"
I do not know how to Identify what it is attempting to do.

Found the record "sh: /usr/local/bin/aspell: not found" in the Apache Error log.
Executing the following command appears to have fixed the problem...
echo "update mdl_config set value = '/usr/bin/aspell' \ where name = 'aspellpath';" | mysql moodle
This replaced the value "/usr/local/bin/aspell"
