Found this error on my 2.0 site when I created an online text assignment in a course that had no teacher role assigned. Admin had created the assignment and when the Student viewed the assignment to submit this error was displayed below the submission area. Solution: ensure a user is assigned to the course as a teacher before an online text assignment is created. Note: this issue was not found on demo.moodle.net using v2.2.1
