The statistics panel provides a comparison of some key indicators within three successive scopes :

The System Scope

Indicators are aggregated for all Livedesk instances and give the overall responsiveness of the feature across the whole site.

The Instance Scope

Indicators are aggregated for the current instance, and give the global responsiveness for this instance.

The User Scope

Indicators are aggregated for the current user and provides a self evaluation of activity and responsiveness.
