Resolving Post Release

It may happen attenders try to resolve an entry and need seeking information or being disturbed by another work assignation for a while. By setting this value (in minutes) you may tell the Livedesk to release all entries locked for more than this time range. If Livedesk is operated by several attenders in a collaborative way, other attedners will be then allowed to support this entry while the first attenders gets back to work.

Attender Release Time

This is the time an attender will NOT be sollicited again after having solved an entry. This is proposed for saving some individual work time of the attenders between two successive support operations.

Stack Over Time

This is the time message are considered as being too old to be attendable. The cron task will discard all messages older than this amount of time (in minutes).

Desk Service Start Time

This is the start time in day the service notifications will be raised to the attender. Notifications will keep quiet outside the opening time even if the attender has an opened support session.

Desk Service End Time

This is the end time in day the service notifications will be raised to the attender. Notifications will keep quiet outside the opening time even if the attender has an opened support session.
