By setting this value (in minutes) you may tell the Livedesk to release all entries locked for more than this time range. If Livedesk is operated by several attenders in a collaborative way, other attedners will be then allowed to support this entry while the first attenders gets back to work.

This is the time an attender will NOT be sollicited again after having solved an entry. This is proposed for saving some individual work time of the attenders between two successive support operations.
