Moodle1.7
Roles and capabilities in Moodle 1.7 onwards enable possibilities such as students being given permission to create and delete personal blog tags for others to use. The following capabilities are related to blogs:
- moodle/blog:create
- moodle/blog:manageentries
- moodle/blog:manageofficialtags (in 1.7 and 1.8 only)
- moodle/blog:managepersonaltags (in 1.7 and 1.8 only)
- moodle/blog:view
Note: The above blog capabilities may only be applied in the system context.
