Good morning, on one of my works in progress with the moodle environment must know where that is in the database of Moodle saves some reference people participating in a Wiki and also viewing the files to download. Thank you.

I don't know what's the condition to appear on the main dev page, but as I'm using IntelliJ/PHPStorm I noticed it's article was missing there [[Setting_up_PhpStorm]]
 
And more importantly the link to VSCode is missing https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Setting_up_VSCode
