: Good point. Can you dig the old version out of the history tab above, and copy/paste it onto a Local customisation (Moodle 1.9) page? Of course, I could do that too, but I am feeling lazy, and you are the one who wants the information ;-)--Tim Hunt 21:00, 25 May 2010 (UTC)

:: I've tried to recover Local customisation (Moodle 1.9) from the last version before Moodle 2.0 is mentioned the first time. Not sure if that's the right one and if it's complete, though. --Frank Ralf 07:06, 26 May 2010 (UTC)

Modifying core code - The Drupal way

Hi Petr, I like the general idea of providing local customizations of core code as a plugin. In fact, Drupal allows for overriding core functions by modules, see http://drupal.org/node/347659 for an example an further information. --Frank Ralf 09:20, 17 June 2009 (UTC)

Local Customisation in Moodle 1.9

Hi there, am I going mad? Has the very useful information on local customisation in Moodle 1.9 disappeared? Whilst I am very excited about the new features available in Moodle 2.0, we will be maintaining sites in 1.9 for probably years to come. Can we have the information back please? :) --Dan Ballance 20:49, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
