When I was editing the Process page to point to correct "component leads" page in the tracker I also added a link to this page. Maybe worth renaming it (this page) to "HQ Component Leads" so, it's clear that it's only HQ ones?

Hi, as commented initially, my suggestion here happened because of an edition to fix and reword the "Components" paragraph in the Process#Component leads page. There, there is a link to the components and their leads in the Tracker (now working, was wrong before). I assumed that public tracker page would be enough, and the primary source of information. If that's not enough I don't have anything to object adding them also here (and renaming this back), in the docs.
