When I was editing the Process page to point to correct "component leads" page in the tracker I also added a link to this page. Maybe worth renaming it (this page) to "HQ Component Leads" so, it's clear that it's only HQ ones?

- Hi, as commented initially, my suggestion here happened because of an edition to fix and reword the "Components" paragraph in the Process#Component leads page. There, there is a link to the components and their leads in the Tracker (now working, was wrong before). I assumed that public tracker page would be enough, and the primary source of information. If that's not enough I don't have anything to object adding them also here (and renaming this back), in the docs.
