Why is this a redirect page? Why is this page still referring to Moodle 2.0? This tutorial is not working on my installation of Moodle 3.0, nor does it apply. I would greatly appreciate an update on this information, namely the instructions regarding 'Before you start'. --Richard Torres 18:02, 3 April 2016 (UTC)
