#The site must be accessible and active
How site authorisation works
#The URL must work and be plausibly ongoing (ie not http://145.34.43.1/~students/cf673474/moodle).
#They must have at least one or two active courses on their site
#They must look serious about continuing the site (look at graphics, text, custom domain name etc)


Note that all the sites here will be smaller or borderline cases.  All the big obvious sites are accepted automatically by the registration system and never appear here.
*Select a site from the list on the the left side panel (opening several, each in its own tab, works well.) The site and statistics at the time it was registered are displayed in the upper pane. Either accept or reject the site using the guidelines below
*Large sites are automatically registered - only smaller sites appear on this list
*Site admins receive notification of the action taken. They can easily re-register at a later date.


If you can't accept the site, then reject it and shorten the queue.  Moodle sites can always re-register.

Guidelines for reviewing new Moodle sites

How site authorisation works

  • Select a site from the list on the the left side panel (opening several, each in its own tab, works well.) The site and statistics at the time it was registered are displayed in the upper pane. Either accept or reject the site using the guidelines below
  • Large sites are automatically registered - only smaller sites appear on this list
  • Site admins receive notification of the action taken. They can easily re-register at a later date.
