Interwiki Links

Moodle Docs now uses InterWiki links for each supported language including special langs such as "dev" (this wiki)
The link is placed in different locations depending on whether a leader colon (:) is used or not.
Examples:
Link to the english wiki About_Moodle in the body of this page [[:en:About_Moodle|About_Moodle in English]]
Link to the english wiki About_Moodle in the navigation block [[en:About_Moodle]]
