In this meeting we'll focus on the impending release of Moodle 2.3 and plans for 2.4.

Improving restoring of M19 backups
- Course Import does not import Legacy Course Files: http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-25631
- M19 calendar events don't import: http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-32827 (even in in-place upgrade)
- User data restoration (force people to do in-place upgrade)
- Multiple other issues with restoring M19 backups (with or without user data), going to be any emphasis on resolving these issues?
