::After talking with MartinD about this in MoodleMootNZ'06, I am working on a "Moodle Network" model that supports the "Moodle Hub" as well as a more P2P layout. In fact, the choices of hub vs network model can be mixed and matched. The Moodle Community Hub is a future project which will allow more interaction between teachers building courses and teachers using them, courses and user data can then be stored in a repository and shown below
