Hi there, am I going mad? Has the very useful information on local customisation in Moodle 1.9 disappeared? Whilst I am very excited about the new features available in Moodle 2.0, we will be maintaining sites in 1.9 for probably years to come. Can we have the information back please? :) --[[User:Dan Ballance|Dan Ballance]] 20:49, 25 May 2010 (UTC) | Hi there, am I going mad? : Good point. Can you dig the old version out of the history tab above, and copy/paste it onto a Local customisation (Moodle 1.9) page? Of course, I could do that too, but I am feeling lazy, and you are the one who wants the information ;-)--[[User:Tim Hunt|Tim Hunt]] 21:00, 25 May 2010 (UTC) | : Good point. Modifying core code - The Drupal way
Hi Petr, I like the general idea of providing local customizations of core code as a plugin. In fact, Drupal allows for overriding core functions by modules, see http://drupal.org/node/347659 for an example an further information. --Frank Ralf 09:20, 17 June 2009 (UTC)
Local Customisation in Moodle 1.9
Hi there, am I going mad? Has the very useful information on local customisation in Moodle 1.9 disappeared? Can we have the information back please? :) --Dan Ballance 20:49, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
