Guraso rola baimena duten guraso/arduradun/tutoreei beren seme-alaba/ardurapekoei buruzko informazio jakin bat, adibidez, jarduera-txostenak, kalifikazioak, blog-sarrerak eta foroetan idatzitakoa ikusten uzteko erabil daiteke.

Role set-up

  1. Sarbidea: Gunearen kudeaketa > Erabiltzaileak > Baimenak > Rolak definitu
  2. Click the button "Add a new role"
  3. Give the role a name e.g. Parent, short name and description
  4. Change moodle/user:viewdetails to allow
  5. Change any/all of the following capabilities to allow
  6. Click the button "Add a new role"

Role assignment

  1. Access the child's profile page and click on the Roles tab i.e. assign the role in the user context
  2. Choose the role to assign i.e. Parent
  3. Select the parent in the potential users list, and use the left-facing arrow button to add it to the existing users list

The same parent may be assigned to several children.

Mentees bloklea

Moodle 1.8

Mentees blokea provides a parent with quick access to their child's profile page via a link on the site front page.

  1. On the site front page click "Turn editing on"
  2. Choose Mentees from the Add a block drop-down menu
  3. If required, give the Mentees block a title by following the block configuration/edit link

Viewing activity reports

If the capability moodle/user:viewuseractivitiesreport is set to allow then a parent may view their child's activity reports and grades. To access the activity reports and grades for each of their child's courses, the parent should follow each of the course links on their child's profile page.
