Forum ratings allow users to evaluate posts in a forum.
Forum ratings use Escalas to standardize the reporting of performance. A forum rating can be included as part of a student's Calificaciones. For example, a teacher might use a custom rating scale in a forum and allow students to rate forum posts.
Forum ratings must be allowed and the potential rater must have Roles permission. Teachers by default have this ability. The teacher role is also able to give permission to a student role in a specific forum to be able to assign a rating to a post. Forum settings and Enabling student ratings has more information.
Cómo usarlo
Cuando rating está permitido, el usuario calificado verá "Rate this post" y un menú pull down after an entry (not their own). El menú muestra Escalas that the forum creator selected in the Forum grade settings. El usuario puede rate más de un post a la vez. Cuando terminen ellos deben hacer clic en el botón del final de la página "enviar mis ratings".
Consejos y trucos
- ¿No todos los estudiantes ven stars? Eso puede depender de su configuración del navegador, del idioma y de las fuentes instaladas.
- Si eso es un problema, stick with the basics in the scale you use. Quizá creando una escala que utilice ambos, números y palabras.
