This feature is part of Moodle Workplace™, which is available through Moodle Certified Partners and Service Providers only.

To comply with contractual agreements, Moodle Workplace sites transmit usage data to Moodle's Premium Hub on a monthly basis.

This data transfer is managed by the Scheduled task Send usage data to Premium hub (\tool_premiumsite\task\send_usage_data). If you encounter the notification "The task Send usage data to Premium hub has failed multiple times and requires attention.", verify the following troubleshooting steps:

• Ensure the scheduled task is configured to execute on the first day of each month.
• Confirm that your firewall rules permit outgoing traffic to the Premium Hub.

For sites not hosted by a Moodle Partner where firewall rules restrict data transmission, you must enable Offline mode (intranet site).
