Capabilities/moodle/course:ignorefilesizelimits

• This allows a user to upload files into a course that are larger than the maximum upload size for the course or activity.
• It also ignores the Site Administration limit in the Moodle Administration->Security->Maximum uploaded file size and instead uses the Site upload limit which is a value configured in the PHP settings on the server.
• It may be given to a user in a course so that they may upload large media files in the event that course contents are larger than the allowed file size in the Moodle settings.
