Capabilities/moodle/site:viewfullnames

• This allows a user to view the full names of other users.
• It is only applicable if the full name format is set to First name (or Language) in Site policies. In this case, a user with this capability not set, e.g. a student, can only see the first names of other users. A user with this capability allowed, e.g. an administrator, can see the full names of other users.
