Edit roles by capability

The normal Moodle Edit role page lets you change the permission for all the different capabilities for one particular role. Sometimes, however, you want to change the permission for all the different roles for one capability. Using the normal Moodle interface, that takes many mouse-clicks. This simple plug-in lets you do it all on just one page.
