This feature is part of Moodle Workplace™, which is available through Moodle Partners only.By default, all available certificate plugins are shown in alphabetical order in the certificate designer menu in Certificate templates. If you wish to either change the order of the elements or hide any elements that are not in use in your organisation, go to Site administration > Plugins > Admin tools > Manage certificate element plugins and configure the list as required.
