Talk:Documents useful for decision makers

Is this list useful? Do people refer to it? A lot of the links are very old - are they still relevant? ( I am not saying one way or the other - just wondering what people think, especially as the decisions for moving to Moodle are now coloured by the differences in Moodle 2.
