Moodle Adminer is a useful database administration tool. It works with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle and MSSQL. When installed as part of Moodle, it becomes part of the Moodle interface and a link can be found in Site administration > Server.
This is a powerful program that should be used with care and be available only to trusted administrators.
Adminer is available for download from the Moodle plugins directory: http://moodle.org/plugins/view.php?plugin=local_adminer
