Geometry question type

I think it is possible to incorporate a new and powerful question type into moodle relatively easily using a program called C.a.R. The program is open source, and can be found at [1]. Using this program, it is possible to create assignments. When an assignment is solved, a javascript message that says "Well Done" pops up on the screen. For an example, please visit [2] and click on any of the assignments.

It seems to me that it should be possible to redirect this message to an LMS so that it knows that the student has completed the assignment/quiz/test. I was told that the best way to do this would probably be to create a SCORM package for the application. If anyone who knows more about programming would be interested in making this happen, I would use it extensively. I plan to create a number of geometry construction assignments for my Master's project. If this feature is available, I'll use moodle to deliver the content and record student progress.
