Allows accessing to the control screens of the project.

Those screens allow :

• Define assessment criteria (depends on the mod/techproject:gradeproject and mod/techproject:managecriteria availability).
• Grade the project (depends on the mod/techproject:gradeproject availability).
• Controlling an external file repository (CVS)
• Copy project between groups
• Export/inport project data

Legacy settings

As commonly assumed, teachers do have access to control screens at site level (default site wide settings). Students should not be given control screens access, as these screens perform operations wider than the group the student belongs to. Regular admin is of course allowed to browse this part of the tehproject module.
