This page explores in more detail the settings for the Text and media area resource once you have added it to your course and also covers the Site administration settings.
General
Type your chosen words or add your resources.
Note: Because the Text and media are uses the Text editor it is possible not just to type words but also to add images, links, media or code from within the editor. See here for suggestions about using Text and media areas in your course.
Other settings
Depending on what is enabled for your site and course, you may also need to explore Common module settings, Restrict access, Activity completion, Tags and Competencies
- Note that activity completion is manual only.
Click "Save and return to course".
You can now use the move icon (crosshair or up/down arrow) to move your label to where you wish it to display.
