* This allows a user to associate [[Blogs|blog entries]] with courses. This makes it possible for a user to blog "about" a particular course. All blog entries associated with a course may be viewed via a URL of the form <code>blog/index.php?courseid=3</code>.
This capability is no longer used.
* This capability is allowed for the default roles of manager, teacher, non-editing teacher, student and authenticated user.
* Prior to Moodle 2.3.2, this capability could only be applied in the system context. In 2.3.2 onwards, blog associations may be restricted to particular courses by preventing this capability in the course context.
