This allows a user to view BigBlueButton recording formats which might be restricted from other users (for example, Statistics or Notes.)
This capability is allowed for the default roles of manager and teacher.

Note: The admin can restrict or make available recording formats from Site administration > Plugins > BigBlueButton > Recording.
