admin/environment/custom check/Assignment 2.2 subplugins present

This page should be created and updated with useful information for Admin checking Environment, so that they exactly know what to do. Hope someone can take care of that.

For what i know/imagine, correctly having Moodle 4.2 (or more recent) files in place (without mod/assignment folder) should avoid this message.
