This allows a user to agree to the policies
This capability is allowed by default to authenticated users
A new role prohibiting this capability can be created and assigned to children who are below the age of digital consent. In this case, a privacy officer or parent will have to agree to policies on their behalf.
This capability is included in the Policies plugin in Moodle 3.4.2 and will be included as standard in Moodle 3.5.
