In Glossary Appearance, screenshot images of the various options should be made available, so users can make a better decision on which glossary format to use. Now it is unclear how the format differ from each other.

Also, please clarify the description and differences between 'Simple, dictionary format' and the 'Continuous' format, as these are very subtly different.
