Un administrateur peut activer/désactiver les licences listées ci-dessous qui disponibles à l'utilisateur lors de la publication d'un cours sur un Serveurs d'échange ou lors du téléversement d'un fichier sur un dépôts. La gestion des licences s'effectue dans la partie Administration > Administrations du site > Plugins > Licences > Gérer les licences.
- La licence par défaut est Tous droits réservés mais elle peut être changer par le menu déroulant. Les autres licences sont expliquées dans les liens ci-dessous :
- Tous droits réservés (option par défaut)
- Domaine public (usage déprécié)
- Creative Commons - Attribution
- Creative Commons - Attribution - Pas de Modification
- Creative Commons - Attribution - Pas d’Utilisation Commerciale - Pas de Modification
- Creative Commons - Attribution - Pas de Modification
- Creative Commons - Attribution - Pas d’Utilisation Commerciale - Partage dans les Mêmes Conditions
- Creative Commons - Attribution - Partage dans les Mêmes Conditions
- Autre - licence qui ne serait pas listée
Licences affecting what users see
Note: The licence given to a file when uploaded to Moodle does not in any way affect its visibility on a course. It simply creates the default when it is being re-used elsewhere. This default licence can be changed at the time of display.

An administrator can enable any/all of the following licences in Settings > Site administration > Plugins > Licences > Manage licences for user selection when publishing a course to a Community Hub or uploading a file from a File Repository.
- The default licence is All Right reserved All rights reserved but this may be changed in the dropdown. The other options are explained in the links below:
- All rights reserved (default option)
- Public domain
- Creative Commons
- Creative Commons - NoDerivs
- Creative Commons - No Commercial NoDerivs
- Creative Commons - No Commercial
- Creative Commons - No Commercial ShareAlike
- Creative Commons - ShareAlike
- Other - licence not already listed
