Search for the presentation or catalog you want to add to your course in this window:

  1. If multiple sites are available, select the Mediasite you want to search in the Site drop-down list. Depending on your role's capabilities, this list may not be available.
  2. Select the type of item you want from the Content Type drop-down list: Presentation or Catalog.
  3. Enter the search term you want to use to locate your content in the Text to Search field. Leave the field blank to see the entire list of items.
  4. Click Advanced to specify additional search criteria. If specifying a date range, click the calendar icon to display a calendar you will use to select your dates.
  5. Click Search to view all items meeting your specified search criteria.
  6. When the search results are displayed, click the carat next to an item to view more details about it, for presentations this includes a thumbnail. Click the upload button to select an item.
