The Mediasite Activity Module for Moodle 1.9 allows instructors to link to secured Mediasite content from within a Moodle course. Instructors can add new Mediasite links by searching for presentations or catalogs on the Mediasite Server (5.0.1 and later). Once a link to a Mediasite presentation or catalog is added to a course, students can view the content without authenticating to the Mediasite Server. Students' usernames in Moodle will be used for Mediasite reporting.

The Mediasite Activity Module works with:

• PHP 5.2.4
• Mediasite EX Server 5.0.1

Specify Mediasite settings

Before you can link to Mediasite content, you must configure the module by specifying the Mediasite settings. To specify the Mediasite settings, you must log in as an administrator and go to Site Administration > Modules > Activities > Mediasite Content.

Add a Mediasite activity

To add a Mediasite activity to a course, you will select the course you want to add content to and click the Turn editing on button. You will then navigate to the week you want and select Mediasite Content from the Add an acivity drop-down list.
