This error is displayed when you try to register a site and your site's URL matches the URL of an existing registered site.

The admin of the existing registered site will be sent a notification email with the option to delete the registration.

As with any problem registering or updating your registration, if you need help, please email support@moodle.org.

-An email should have been sent to the previously registered site administrator to confirm that you are the real owner of the site. The hub only sends one email per day.

If he/she decide to do it, then you will be able to register your "new" site.
