Mobile access is enabled by default in new installations of Moodle 3.0. The full functionality of the app is available in 3.0 sites without the need for the local mobile plugin. Recent versions - 2.4 and 2.5 bring such new features as:

The Moodle app for 3.9 will be released a short time after Moodle 3.9 and will include:
