Pages may be protected from general editing because they contain very important information. Only administrators are able to edit protected pages. If you have a suggestion for a change, please use the corresponding talk page.  
# Protected pages should, in general, be clearly indicated as such and categorised using [[Template:Pp-protection]], with a reason provided for the protection, because this is more informative for users and more in the spirit of [[constructivism]], however this is a new suggestion by [[User:James Neill|James Neill]] which is yet to be discussed or implemented.
