I'm curious how this impacts CLI upgrades? Does the upgrade key need to be provided or will it impact scripts?

It does not affect CLI scipts. The Upgrade key applies for web based upgrades only. --David Mudrak (talk) 18:31, 18 June 2020 (UTC)
