New feature
in Moodle 3.9!
A user can create a link to an account on an external site, such as Google G-Suite, Microsoft or Facebook, and then log in to their Moodle site using their account on the external site.

To make use of linked logins, OAuth 2 authentication should be enabled by a site administrator.
