Add a repository: you can add a repository to your Moodle site. They are set not activated by default, so you can edit them without impacting users.
Delete: you can delete a repository plugin here. It will delete all settings and instances forever. You will still be able to re-add the plugin.
Activate: if you desactivate a plugin, this plugin will not appear into file picker and cannot be added to a course/user level.
Sort: here, you can change the display order into the file picker.
