==Microsoft OneDrive Repository==
Das Microsoft OneDrive Repository ermöglicht es, von Moodle aus auf Ihre Dokumente im Microsoft OneDriveRepository zuzugreifen. Sie können mit dem Moodle-[[Datei-Browser]] Dateien aus dem Repository in Moodle einfügen.

Wenn Sie das erste Mal von Moodle aus auf das OneDrive Repository zugreifen wollen, müssen Sie zustimmen, dass Moodle eine Verbindung zum Repository aufbaut. Wenn Sie zugestimmt haben, können Sie auf das Repository zugreifen und die dort abgelegten Dateien ansehen und nutzen.

{{Neu}}Wenn Sie das OneDrive Repository verwenden wollen, müssen Sie als Moodle-Administrator/in zuerst einen Microsoft OAuth2 Service anlegen:

Students may submit files from OneDrive as 'access controlled links' in [[Using Assignment|assignments]]. Once submitted, the student may no longer change them, but the teacher is allowed to edit them.
Teachers may display files from OneDrive as 'access controlled links'. The teacher can then continue updating the files, but students can only view them.
To enable this feature, ensure that:
# A system account has been connected in [[OAuth 2 services]] in Site administration. This account will own and control access to files submitted by students and teachers. Teachers will be able to edit the files but students will not. This should be a dedicated account for this purpose.
# "Supported files" is set  to "Internal and External" .

In Moodle 3.3, the OneDrive repository used in earlier versions of Moodle has been renamed to 'OneDrive (legacy)'. The API used by this repository plugin has been deprecated by Microsoft and will stop working eventually. Users are encouraged to migrate to the new OneDrive repository right away. Another reason for migrating to the new OneDrive repository is that it works with Business accounts as well as personal.

Microsoft OneDrive Repository

Das Microsoft OneDrive Repository ermöglicht es, von Moodle aus auf Ihre Dokumente im Microsoft OneDriveRepository zuzugreifen. Sie können mit dem Moodle-Datei-Browser Dateien aus dem Repository in Moodle einfügen.

Wenn Sie das erste Mal von Moodle aus auf das OneDrive Repository zugreifen wollen, müssen Sie zustimmen, dass Moodle eine Verbindung zum Repository aufbaut. Wenn Sie zugestimmt haben, können Sie auf das Repository zugreifen und die dort abgelegten Dateien ansehen und nutzen.

OneDrive Repository aktivieren

in Moodle 3.9!
Wenn Sie das OneDrive Repository verwenden wollen, müssen Sie als Moodle-Administrator/in zuerst einen Microsoft OAuth2 Service anlegen:

  1. Gehen Sie auf die Seite Website-Administration > Server > OAuth 2 Services und klicken Sie auf den Button Neuen Microsoft Service anlegen.
  2. Folgen Sie der Anleitung im Artikel OAuth2 Microsoft Service , um eine Client ID und ein Client Kennwort (Secret) zu erhalten.
  3. Tragen Sie die Client ID und das Client Kennwort auf der Konfigurationsseite des Microsoft Services ein und speichern Sie Ihre Änderungen.
  4. Gehen Sie auf die Seite Website-Administration > Plugins > Repositories > Übersicht und aktivieren Sie das OneDrive Repository.
  5. Klicken Sie auf den Link Einstellungen des OneDrive Repositories und stellen Sie sicher, dass bei der Option OAuth 2 Service die Option Microsoft ausgewählt ist. Speichern Sie Ihre Änderungen.

Hinweis: OneDrive verlangt, dass Anfragen über SSL weitergeleitet werden. Das bedeutet, dass Ihre Moodle-Site unter https laufen muss, wenn Sie das OneDrive Repository nutzen wollen.

Installation

Sie müssen Ihr Moodle-System bei Microsoft registrieren, damit Moodle mit Microsoft kommunizieren kann. Die Registrierung erfordert folgende Schritte:

  1. Gehen Sie auf die Seite des Microsoft Developer Centre: https://account.live.com/developers/applications.
  2. Melden Sie sich an. Falls Sie noch nicht registriert sind, müssen Sie sich ein Nutzerkonto anlegen.
  3. Klicken Sie auf den Link Create application und füllen Sie das Formular für Ihr Moodle-System aus.
  4. Schicken Sie das ausgefüllte Formular ab, indem Sie auf den Button I aAccept klicken.
  5. Auf der nächsten Seite klicken Sie auf den Link API Settings in der linken Spalte.
  6. Auf dieser Seite sehen Sie eine Client ID und ein Client secret - diese Daten übertragen Sie auf die Konfigurationsseite des Repositorys (Einstellungen > Website-Administration > Plugins > Repositories > Microsoft Skydrive; vorher müssen Sie das Repository aktivieren).
  7. Wichtig: Auf der Konfigurationsseite des Repositorys in Moodle ist eine URL angegeben (Redirect domain). Diese URL müssen Sie auf der API Settings Seite von Microsoft (auf der Client ID und Client secret stehen) in das Feld Redirect domain eintragen. Erst dann ist die Registrierung Ihres Moodle-Systems bei Microsoft abgeschlossen und der Zugriff auf Microsoft Skydrive von Moodle aus möglich.
